APAC Infrastructure Pty Ltd (APAC) shall not have any relationships, including business transactions, with
Terrorist & Nefarious Groups. ‘Terrorist & Nefarious Groups’ means any groups or individuals pursuing
illicit gain by violence, power and fraudulence.
How this will be implemented:
APAC shall refuse any unjustifiable demand, meaning; a demand or other action related to business
activities made by a member of criminal organisation with the threat of violence.
APAC shall refrain from any transactions that may undermine the maintenance of global peace and
security or any product or technology transactions that may violate the following laws and regulations:
1. All applicable export control laws and regulations in each of the countries and regions where
APAC operates.
2. The export control laws and regulations of the Commonwealth of Australia applicable to
transactions involving Australian products and technological information.
Assure strict management of transactions from the initial inquiry through the delivery of products and
services by observing detailed procedures for control of transactions stipulated in the Export Control
Program.
